District Judge John G. Heyburn II ruled today that Kentucky's constitutional amendment that restricts the definition of marriage to a woman and a man is unconstitutional.
So this is just something I put together (at 2:30am, so don't judge me if it's bad :P).
I believe that the person should be able to openly love and marry whoever they want and not have to suffer from it.
Enjoy! ^^ Peace ☮
U.S. District Judge Terence Kern ruled that Oklahoma’s ban on marriage equality is unconstitutional. His ruling is stayed pending appeal, meaning marriages will not occur immediately in the Sooner State.
