Feeling sad about eating Shark fin soup

Dear Mr. Romsay

My husband Peter(English) and me watched a lot of your problems and got few of your books as well
We both like cooking and actually that's how we met .........started with recipes
Our friend John rang us last night said that Gordon Ramsay was in Taiwan
We opened TV but it wasn't what we expected we thought it would be one of your trip introducing Taiwan delicacies
unfortunately the program upsetting me a lot I feel shame for Taiwanese 傷心

right after I watched your program
I am SO sorry that my people did such things
at least I wouldn't try to eat Shark fin soup again
