H2O Just Add Water Question
How come in episodes "Moon Spell" and "Bad Moon Rising" when Cleo & Rikki see the moon, nothin' happens and when Cleo & Emma see the moon, nothin' happens?(look at pic below!)

In Moon Spell Emma gets affected by the moon at her dads party. In Bad Moon Rising Rikki gets affected by the full moon and goes to mako island where she causes fire.
