yes, the last 3 episodes of season 3 are actually from season 4 but they are waiting to make more episodes

An Email from the Producer of H2O: Just Add Water said (This is a Summary of what he said) - There might be, and If that is a big hit, they'll make an H2O: Just Add Water MOVIE!!! Also, if there isn't a Season 4, there will be a new Series coming out! (Not of H2O, though!) It's called, "Mako: Island of Secrets! Here's the description: When 15-year-old Zac goes camping on Mako Island, he has no idea his every move is being monitored by real-life mermaids Sirena, Nixie and Lyla, whose job it is to ward off trespassers. When he comes into contact with the magical waters of the Moon Pool on the night of a full moon, Zac is given a taste of Mako’s powers, waking the next day to discover he has been granted fin-like feet and the power to control water…causing all sorts of trouble for Sirena, Nixie and Lyla.

Ok guys. So since there is now a mako mermaids thingy.... I don't think there will ever be a season 4 of h2o... Which breaks my heart because I loved Emma and I hate how she left. so.. I've decided, after two months, that I can't live without h2o... So I've decided to make a protest/partition thingy. Tell me if this is a good idea and if you would join it. If you would comment YES, if you wouldn't say PROBS NO or just NO.. Please help Jonathan m Shiff needs to know that we declare season 4 of h2o!!!!!!
