Yes, they did in the USA, they weren't getting good ratings for season 2, IDK why, because I think it was better than season 1. But you can find like all episodes to every season (except 14-26 in season 3) on megavideo, when it says you have watched 72 minutes just open it in another page. Its really good quality, oh and you can also go to a japenese website cuz sometimes megavideo doesn't work. Just go to tudou.com, and search h2o just add water, they have tons of eps, all in english, though the comercials, and everything else is in chinese or whatever. But trust me those two websites are good and not illegal. :D
