The books are more detailed.
But I get to stare at Daniel in the movies.

I've been re-reading the series, and Harry is sometimes a very big jerk in the books and I can't stand him at times.
I think that's been toned down in the movies, which could be a bad thing as well, but that's just how I see it.

Ros, Daniel ISN'T Harry. You can't pick Dan over Harry...
