Yes, I know, we can imagine no one in the place of Harry except Dan. But I always thought it'd be interesting to consider the possibility of another Harry- another star that made up our childhood. And Elijah was another huge part of my childhood with his work as Frodo in the Lord of the Rings. So I choose him, even though Logan has great potential.

well none really because they're both American and JK Rowling only wanted British people in the movie.

I can't answer this because Daniel Radcliffe was PERFECT as portraying Harry. Seriously, he was exactly like Harry in the books. Actually, most of the casting for HP was brilliant

Neither? I just chose this one because I'm guessing that Elijah Wood would be too old for the role at the time, given that the LOTR trilogy started at the same time as the HP series. Also, that'd mean that Elijah couldn't act Frodo in LOTR, which I think he was brilliant in.
