XD! LOL, ive never actually seen Star Wars, but hey, they're both evil, right?? And probably both enjoy killing and maiming people, and hiring nasty followers and taking over the world, right?
Isn't Darth Vader just trying to take over like outer space though?? AS long as theu're not attempting to conquer the same territory, they'd probably have loads in common and be "friends". LOL I can totally imagine them telling each other about how they plan to take over the world over coffee or something:
Voldy: "OMG, I killed like, 50 muggles yesterday!"
Vader: "No way! I sliced about that many into pieces with my Lightsaber last week!
LOL! It'd be interesting to see who won though if they duelled each other with their respective armies and henchmen though, XD
Darth Vader actually had more of a conscious in the end as opposed to Voldemort. Voldemort is completely minus of love or remorse or regret. I don't see these guys being buddies at all. Voldemort would destroy him I think. Sorry Vader.

Of course Darth Vader has an advantage with a death grip though.
that is true, Vader has some good and love in him. He did show that by redemption. Sad he had to die right after he saw his own son. Luke was a smart boy, he knew that there was good in him.
Well, this is kind of hard to answer. They are in separate area's of the universe. In fact, Darth Vader is in a galaxy far far away. I don't know that they'd ever come into contact w/one another, or with either's territory. However, if they were in the same area they are both too power hungry to make any sort of friendship. Voldemort would Aveda Vader's ass so quick he wouldn't even have time to reach for his lightsaber, haha. Then again, I could see them trying to manipulate each other as well, as a way to gain more knowledge on how to overthrow the other while getting control of the other's followers. But, once again, Darth Vader and all his storm troopers aren't wizards, so that may be a deal breaker for Voldemort to even considering talking to Vader.
