In "Let it Bleed" didnt they say they were going to bring back West?

okay cuz i remeber hearing that in the end of that episode they were going to call West so im assuming that mean they were going to bring him back, even if just temporarily, but so far i havent seen anything involving him,so could you please just tell me if im making this up or i was hearing things lol cuz i dont want to bring my hopes up cuz i loved West he was adorable
