In which episode House mentiones that he comes from Ohio?

That he was born or lived there? I'm not sure. I think he said that to the team, because he wanted to come back to diagnosing and they wanted to know something about his private life.

He's not from Ohio. It was from Mirror Mirror in season 4 that he said that, and that was him pretending to be the patient to try to get info from him to diagnose with.
