what's the difference if you called :
(just a random name)

Yuuki - CHAN

or kun or san or sama or sempai or sensei....

I don't understand that...
I do understand that you say it after you say a name ...

sama is someone older then you or higher ranking that you respect
sempai is someone with more experience or who has been somewhere longer
sensei is a teacher
