A friend asked me for advise today.

I assure you this isn't me and I know it seems it is but i promise its not.

Shes 15 and in my year, we are close friends and she is just undeveloped abit.
She has just started her periods and she isn't close to her mum and her dads not around. She doesnt know how to tell her mum. I have no idea how to help. She would kill me if she knew this so keep it quiet lol.
