End of Part 59
"I know that Tanya is upset, that she feels we are rubbing everything into her face. If we get married here...she will not handle that well." I said.
"No you are correct, I think it would be best for us to have this special day elsewhere." Esme said as Carlisle's head turned to look at the door as Edward walked through.
"Oh thank God, we're leaving?" He asked.
I tried my best not to laugh, but the look of joy on his face was too much for me. I started laughing, and was suprised when I heard Carlisle join in.
"The look on your face." I said between laughs.
"Is she being that bad?" Esme asked.
"Well remember I can hear what she's thinking, and let's just say that she REALLY likes me." He said as he shivered.
Everyone started lauging as Edward jumped onto the bed behind Carlisle and Esme, joing the conversation about where we should go next.
Chapter 60
"Where should we go?" Carlisle asked all of us.
"Well, we have been on the east coast too much...I'm sick of it." Rosalie said as she squeezed my hand.
"South has too much sun." Esme said, smiling at Rosalie and I.
"Hmmmm midwest?" Edward asked, as he listened to all our thoughts.
I knew he was listening, he wanted to know what we all were thinking about leaving. I winked at him as I ran my arm up Rosalie's arm, my mind remembering the kiss that we had in the hallway..the feeling of her body pressed against mine..........
A pillow came flying across the room, hitting me in the head. I started laughing hysterically as the pillow exploded, sending feathers flying in every direction.
"EDWARD!!" Rosalie said as she brushed the feathers off of her clothes.
"It's not my fault." He said inbetween laughs.
"Who's fault is it then?" Carlisle asked, as he shook his head.
"Mine." I said as I started laughing.
Rosalie turned and looked at me, a smile on her face. "What were you thinking about?"
"The hallway." I said as I leaned down, kissing her quickly.
"Oh...." She said as she smiled.
Another pillow flew across the room, but Rosalie's hand grabbed it out of the air and threw it back at Edward before anyone knew what was going on.
"OH GOD!!!" Edward said the pillow exploded all over the bed. "It's not bad enought I had to have his version of the story, now you're thinking about it too?!" He said as he fake vomitted.
I turned and looked at Rosalie, suprised that she was thinking about the kiss too. She smiled up at me, as she shrugged her shoulders.
"Ok everyone stop thinking about things that will bother Edward." Carlisle said as he smiled.
"CARLISLE!" Edward said as he threw the last pillow at Carlisle's back.
"Carlilse?" Esme said as she looked at him.
"You were beautiful this morning." He said as he grinned evily.
"Carlisle." Esme said as she hit him in the arm.
"ESME!" Edward said as he stood up next to the bed.
"Esme?" Carlisle asked.
"Well..." She said as she looked down at the bed.
We all started laughing hysterically, even Edward joined in as he relaxed and sat on the bed again.
"Alright, everyone needs to focus." Edward said as he glared at all of us. "Where are we going, and when are we leaving?"
"I would like to leave as soon as possible." Rosalie said.
"I agree, we need to be leaving soon." Esme said which surprised me.
"Where to?" Edward asked again.
"Well, Rosalie doesn't want to go east. Esme would prefer somewhere less sunny. I have been to the midwest enough that I would rather not go there...I guess that leaves the east coast." Carlisle said as she looked at all of us.
"East coast, wait...." Edward said as he smiled. "I have heard that Seatle is very rainy, we wouldn't have to be stuck inside all the time."
"We could get married outside then." Rosalie said as she smiled up at me.
"Seatle then?" Carlisle asked.
Everyone said yes to the idea of going to Seatle, to go anywhere that was not here. Carlisle decided that we would have to wait a few days so that we weren't rude and just leaving Tanya and her family.
We all agreed to try and be polite as long as we could, but I knew that everyone was ready to leave and start over somewhere new.
