End of Chapter 4
***Alice's POV***
"Emmett, wait." Rosalie said as she pulled on his hand, stopping him before he stepped into the glare of the sun.
"Oh." He said as a family walked by, wondering what a bunch of teens were doing without any parents.
"Let's go find mom and dad." Jasper said as he turned and walked back towards the parking garage.
We all went back to the dark of the parking garage, talking about what they could be doing in South Africa....what they could possibly want there? I looked for anything that could change in Edward's future, I was getting frustrated..nothing changing until I saw something that literally knocked me off my feet.
"Alice!" Jasper said as I looked up at him from the ground, wondering how this happened?
"Edward." I whispered. "No Edward."
"What's wrong with her??" Rosalie asked.
"They're going to starve him...and make him feed." I managed to whisper as I stood up and stomped down the hallway to the ticket counter, doing my best to stay out of the sun...but not caring at the same time.
Chapter 6
***Emmett's POV***
Alright...here's what I knew about what was going on:
1)Edward had been kidnapped. (Was it still considered 'kidnapping' if the victim was 107 years old?)
2)Jane (Evil in every possible way,) was behind this whole thing. And working with her was a old friend from Edward's past Gabriel.
3)Rosalie, Alice, Jasper and I were doing our best to follow them so we could get Edward back...which now meant that we were on our way to South Africa.
4)We had left Carlisle and Esme to take Bella back to her father before he called in all of the US military.
Oh and...
5)I guess that they were going to do their best to get Edward to feed off a human...whic was wgy we were in such a hurry.
"What do you mean there's only 3 seats left on the plane?" Rosalie screamed at the poor ticket girl.
"Miss, I'm sorry but that's all the 'first' class tickets there are." The small girl said as she glared at Rosalie before turning her eyes to me. She smiled shyly at me, her heart pounding against her chest. I winked quickly at Rosalie as I thought up what I considered a good...no great plan.
"Sara," I said as I leaned against the counter, smiling at her. "Sara, could you do me a favor and look one more time for me, we need to get on this plane and get our brother back."
"Your brother? You are all related? Why did your brother leave?" She asked quickly, wincing slightly as she realized she had just asked personal questions.
"Yes, we're all related." I said as I smiled at her again, hoping that my dimples would help. "And iur brother got into drugs, we're on our way to do an intervention."
"Oh..." She said as she typed some things into the computer. "I found another seat, but the plane is boarding now."
"Don't worry, we'll make it." I said as I winked as I handed her a credit car from my back pocket.
"Oh, well good luck." She said as she swiped my card. "Good luck with your brother, and next time you're in town promise to stop by."
"I will, and thank you." I said as I took my card back and turned to go board the plane.
No one said a word until the plane had been in the air for a few hours. It was obvious that Alice was searching for the future, and Jasper was there for her to support.
"Rose?" I asked as I reached for her hand, which she pulled back before I could grab it. "Talk to me please?"
"There's nothing to be said." She said quickly as she looked out the window.
"Please love." I said as I pouted at her.
"Maybe Sara would like to talk to you."
"Ouch." Jasper said as he looked over at me.
"We had to get on this plane. You know it was just to get her to let us on the plane." I said softly.
"Mmhmm." She said as she actually rolled her eyes.
"Maybe your right." I said as I grabbed the phone off the back of the seat in front of me.
"Who are you calling?" She asked.
"Sara." I said bitterly.
"Don't you dare."
"Rosalie, you know you are the only one I love, the only one who I want to be with EVER." I said as I reached over and grabbed her hand.
"Well you didn't have to flirt that much." She said.
"I'm sorry." I said as I raised our hands up, kissing the back of her hand.
"Don't do it again." She said as she smiled, obviously forgiving me.
The pilot came on and announced our approach just as Alice opened her eyes, her face said as she shook her head. Obviously there hadn't been a change, whuch I thought was a good sign.
Half an hour later we were all running through town, looking for the building Alice had seen in her vision. We had just turned down an alley when Alice came to a stop and turned to face a broken down shop. She walked over and turned the handle as all of us braced for a fight.
The swung open to reveal a large room with what looked to be three rooms off the main room. We were about to split up when we heard a woman scream, the sound stopping us all dead in our tracks. Jasper took off with all of us on his heels, slowing when we heard breathing on the other side of the door. Alice pushed him out of the way as she reached the handle and gave the door a push.
"Help me please." A soft voice called as we all looked into a room that contained nothing/no one but a small human who was huddled into the corner.
