I will be happy to explain all this to you. All you have to do is go to somebody's profile and click on add to fan list. You can send questions in and Justin's fans will answer them. You can also send e-mail to these fans and they will try answer you.

Just go to somebodys profile and below the things they like there is something that says add friend click on it and when they get your request and want to be your friend you will get to chat with them and stuff like that. hope i helped and by the way welcome to fanpop!
