How do you get a boy to like or notice you?

Sorry that has nothin to do with justin bieber but I really like him but he's got a girlfriend PS if this helps with answering I'm 14 and he's just turned 15

justt give him eye contact and if he looks back at youu, smile at him. and just do that every time you see him. trust me, its works ! ;)
