Justin Bieber Question

How can I get Justin Bieber to come to my b-day?

It isn't for a long time but if I send him an email he probably won't reply for a long time. How can I get in touch with him? I've had dreams about him, I love all his songs, I made millions of vids of me either singing or dancing to them. I love him. I don't want to give up my dream yet. Please help! None of my dreams are exactly coming true. I've tried so hard but nothing is working. Some times I just want to cry sometimes. What do I do?
