Justin Bieber Question

I noticed something...

So, yeaterday I was in my room reading and I started to look at my posters of Justin. And I noticed that on Justin's right hand's pointer finger seems to have a bandaid on it alot. And in some pictures when Justin doesn't have a bandaid on it, there's a blotch/bump on his finger... Anyone know what it is? Or why he seems to always have a bandaid on it?
