Is true?

Justin Bieber continues to be in the limelight. The latest hoax doing the rounds on the Internet (as of end July, 2010) is that he was caught smoking marijuana.

Actually, the rumor has been going round for months already. It merely became rampant because of the twitpic that Bieber himself tweeted - of him doing a scene on "CSI."
