YES and NO! yes because if she look like a 15 year old girl and she met say she 15 but shes not. no because she will be to young to date and some girls at that age can't date so if you can't date then why are you all over her.
I highly doubt it. Since he's 16 and she's 11. There is a lot of difference there and he is probably wayyyy more Mature than her and experienced wayyy more things. I think he might acutly want to kiss her without her like giggling or something like a little kid. I mean are 11 yrs olds even in middle school yet? LOL

ireland is different than america 11 are atually very mature and we 11 year olds dont giggles like a 6 year old we laugh if there is something funny not becuase a guy kiss me
