What do you think of me saying that you do not need to get a girlfriend or boyfriend in high school?

Actually, many teenagers in high school unfortunately think that having a relationship is mandatory to have in high school and to have sex. Guys, you're responsible for your actions. Being single is better because from there you can experiment and find out how relationships can lead to leaving a person with hurt feelings and drama that lasts for more than half a year.

I agree with you but disagree with you, because yes it is true that you dont really need a boyfriend or, in your case, a girlfriend cause it might just cause trouble. But then again, you are responsible for who you date, you chose who you want to go out with. If you want a good person with no sexual relation, then go ahead. If you want a bad guy with a lot of sexual relation, then go ahead. So no, you dont really need a boy/girlfriend in high school, maybe when your in collage, when you know stuff about relationships.
And yes I am young, 12 to be exact, but I have been in a relationship before. I still think that I should have waited until I was older to go into a relationship because I did not know how to handle that, thats another problem that teens have, not knowing how to handle a relationship.
