omg i just found out that he knows that theres a fan site but he doesnt have an account and all the people that say there justin is fake soo....

Justin doesn't go on here. And the fan club for him isn't a real one. It's made by some random girls who think they are his sister. If Justin had a fanpop it would be officially added on his youtube, kidrauhl. I hope this answer helps you out...
