It may cost a lot but its as easy as getting a backstage pass or find were he's playing because he's not touring right know and just stand close to the entrance or get into the place and he'll give you one if you hold out a pic and something to write with.
A group of us are trying to get some of us to make videos for Justin Bieber and then he could pick a winner and then we coudl meet him or he dedicate a song to us or something. We are trying to get him to agree with our idea. Are you in?? :)
