i no i dont no you, but i hav a friend in your situation, and i am in your situation too (but with hip hop dancing)... if you are getting shy then you have just got to block everyone else out, sing like you are just singing in your room by yourself, and forget about anyone listening. if people hav told you that you are good then i am sure you are. if you dont believe them then ask other peple, that you rent affraid to sing in front of and that you no will tell you the truth. lots of luck... georgie xx
Try to get over your shyness. Sing infront of a few people and slowly add more people until your comfortable enough to sing infront of a crowd! :] Hope i helpped!
