well first off all when your by him just bring up a casual convercation such as how is the record deals coming or where waqs the best place you have been on tour and just get to know him like that because then he will ask more stuff about you

1. go to justindrewbieber.com and go to the post (under generally justin) for my fans to talk to me and leave a message and he will reply. (as soon as he gets time to)
2. find kidrauhlbieber on fanpop. and send him a message and he will reply when he gets time.
