My sister has psoriasis (really bad red dry scaly skin) over most of her body and wont go outside much at all. I want her to see Justin Bieber in INdianapolis in 2013 and have saved the money for two tickets which I know she will come out to go to, but I dont know the pass code to get the presale tickets.
