Justin Bieber Kiss Or Not?????

this is not related to jb, but I don't know what to tell my younger cousin some advice please.....

my cousin is 11 years old and and she wants to have her first kiss with her boyfriend and her mom said to kiss him on the cheek but she wants to kiss him on the lips. I dont know what to tell her to do cuz of what my aunt said. any advice??????

she is only eleven, kiss him on the cheek but like right next to the mouth so its close and he will get the hint (hopefully) and come back later and kiss her on the lips, lol im a professional
