Yes they do! I've been thinking for a while that Zooey reminded me of someone and its Katy. I guess part of it is the hair though, which is similar.

Dammit! The first time, I thought Katy was Zooey. I was like, "She changed her image already? This is so sudden!" Then I saw one site saying that they are twins. Weird. Hope Zooey's music make it big also. They're both hot and I really love 'em!
