Okay, so this game is a councillor elimination game! all the councillors have 20 points, you can add a point to a councillor and minus a point from a councillor. if a councillor has 0 points then he/she is kicked. the game keeps going until there is only one councillor left.

- you can't go twice in a row
- you can only add/minus ONE point
