I saw this at the FOX website so I thought I'd try it here. Each character starts out with 10 points. With each post, you can add a point to one character and subtract a point from another. when a character reaches 0 points, they are taken off the list. you cannot post twice in a row, you must wait until at least one other person posts before posting again.

Gillian Foster 10 +1
Eli Loker 10
Ria Torres 10
Ben Reynolds 10 -1
Emily Lightman 10
Zoe Landau 10

So now it looks like this;

Cal lightman 10
Gillian Foster 11
Eli Loker 10
Ria Torres 10
Ben Reynolds 9
Emily Lightman 10
