Yeah! She even blushed when Gemini said that Gray is somewhat interested in her. Gray also has lots of hints that he likes Lucy. For example, when Lucy was followed by her father, he was worried and Happy said that he likes Lucy. The other one is when they hugged. That was so cute. I know it's going to happen somehow. I hope Gray doesn't end up with Juvia. They don't look good together.

haha i remember that episode. about gray following lucy hahahaXD i laughed so hard that day. XD gray didn't even denied it when Happy was teasing him about Lucy XDDD
she blushed when she heard about gray's thoughts about her, "Newcomer, pretty damn cute, possesses some skill, my type of girl and a celestial wizard".
I don't think Lucy likes Gray in a romantic way. But i do believe that Gray has a bit crush on Lucy though. ^^
It has a lot of hints in the anime that Gray likes Lucy but in the manga there wasn't any hints though
In the anime, during the Oracion Seis arc, Gemini had copied Gray and looked through/gathered information from him.
The copy had then revealed a lot of obvious answers but the copy had also read out "Lucy is the perfect woman".
But we can also hint from the Edolas arc, when Natsu, Lucy and Gray had entered the themepark in the castle. When the ship ride had almost hit them, Gray was covering Lucy.
Considering this, he may have feelings for Lucy but its all up to Mashima to who gets Lucy

Gray likes Lucy just as a friend though & cares about her but you see gray become close to juvia & he develops romantic feelings for juvia.
