Looks to me to be Francis Ford Copala's version of Dracula (1992), starring Anthony Hopkins and Winona Ryder (both pictured), as well as Gary Oldman (in the title role) and Keanu Reeves.

Dracula, got it straight away. Anthony Hopkins played an insane Van Helsing in it and was brilliant as ever! Not half as good as Keanu's English accent though, how can anybody ever forget that! ;)

yeah what every one else said. just seeing her from the back, I knew in an instant that was Winona Ryder. She's such a beautiful gal. but yeah real good film, good actors!
