Movies Question

What is the oldest movie you've ever watched?

Mine is 'The Kid'. It was a funny but a sad film. Charles Chaplin was a genius, it's so sad that I could never see one of his movies when he was alive. I was born 2000! :'(

I don't know if you can consider it a movie but I saw Georges Melies 1902 trip to the moon. It was at a class about the history of cinema. Battleship potemkin is a classic too if you haven't see it. There is a lot of wonderful black and white movies like the Heiress (1949). Snow white and the seven dwarfs is also old (1937) and most people has seen it!!I love Charlie Chaplin movies!! Especially Modern times!

I have seen many silent films. Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin are my favorite! I think I saw a silent film from 1899 or somewhere in the late 1800. But I have seen many in the early 1900's.You are quite suprised about how good they are even without talking. :)

Gone with the Wind and The Wizard of Oz (original). They both came out in 1939. Both are great movies by the way. However, if you're counting animated movies, the original Snow White came out in 1937, and I've also seen that.
