Why Do You Think "Your Highness" Got So Much Hate?

I still really don't get it, but I think there's more to the backlash besides the raunchy and sick humor. Everyone thought that it was going to be this epic film just because there were two Oscar nominated actors in it, but I guess it didn't please them enough. I personally thought it was a good film, and honestly, it was WAY funnier than "Bridesmaids". Your Highness was actually unique because it's been the first film I've seen in a long time that didn't need CGI, other than for the magic scenes. Everything from the scenery to the battles was real. I thought it was cool that they used an actual puppet for the wise wizard instead of it being computerized. This film reminded me of all the funny cult films from the 80's such as "Monty Python", "The Princess Bride" and even "Labyrinth". They were popular in their day, and it's sad that Hollywood barley makes those type of fantasy movies anymore. I don't care what others say, YH was funny and epic and I hope someday it will be remembered. So what do you guys think?
