What movie is this!?!?

I used to what it but now i cant remember the name. It sound really cheesy but they were superheros and the kid had two normal friends that he wasn't allowed to tell about their powers. He almost brings home a disk that was a mind control device but it got switched at school. Their weakness is tinfoil, and its not sky high. Its really bugging me.
