This is probably going to sound insane, but I need some help finding a song.

Okay, so I heard a song on the radio forever ago, and, of course, forgot to look it up. Unfortunately, no one that listens to the radio station liked it well enough to keep it on. I have no idea who it was by or really what any of the lyrics are. I do remember, however, it was a guy trying to get his girlfriend to forgive him and something about sliding up beside her on the couch.
I know you probably need more to go off of, but if anyone might have any idea really anything would help right now. Thank you!
