This kinda freaked me out. (oh, BTW, I heard they are making a WHITE Celestia soon!!)

I always thought it was so they could make more money be releasing the white-colored toy later, so people would buy both! But it's probably what others are saying: that it was cheaper to color her pink or that it was more appealing for young girls!
