If this fanclub is for all generations then why is the banner G3?

I think G3 was the current generation back when this club was originally made, so that's probably why the icon and banner feature G3. I do agree with you though that it'd be cool to see all the generations represented on the banner at least.

That said, getting it updated is easier said than done. There are plenty of people here who are capable of making new graphics, but only the creator of this club has the ability to change it. Either them, or one of the Fanpop staff members (I'm trying to get hold of one of them at the moment to change a logo in another club that the community voted for).
