does anyone remember the official name for a ninja chef?

gah i remember that old filler episode where the guy at Ichiraku needed a new recipe to get his daughter back, but i couldn't remember the name of ninja chef's but i know it ends in -nin too.
could anyone help me out here? aheh, i need the term for fanfiction ^-^;
