Will you still be a Shinobi even so u take the ninja test?

I'm not sure i understand the question correctly so forgive me if my answer isn't what you're looking for.
I think what you meant to ask was - would you still be a Shinobi if you fail the ninja test?

First of all the novices in the Acadamy training to be shinobi aren't shinobi until they become Genin, so if they fail the Genin test they haven't been shinobi yet as to continue being so.
If you mean Genin to Chunin - i do believe Genin are allowed to take the Chunin exams again and again until they pass as shown with Kabuto when he was a spy for the Sound whilst living in the Leaf. However as seen in the Chunin exams also, the teacher said if they failed they would not be allowed to retake the exam. However i think this was an empty threat as it was part of the exam.
