The only episode that i know of that abby gets stalked the whole team helps to save her! this episode is called bloodbath. This is when they think abby's boyfriend is trying to kill her but he isn't really but he does interfear with the case. Hope this helps!!
There are a few episode where Abby gets saved by members of the team. In Kill Ari (Part 1) Ari shoots through the window and almost hits Abby, but Tony pulls her out of the way. In Bloodbath, where she is getting stalked by her ex, who they think is going to kill her, but it turns out it was somebody else, Mcgee (sorta) saves her, when she smells almonds in her lab (which Mcgee can't smell, but thats because only 40% of people CAN smell it) he pulls her out of the lab, or drags because she was lying on the ground. But Ziva has yet to save Abby.
