ok i no this has nothin to do wit ncis but i really need some help ok i just hurt my ankle really bad and its green and swollen and purple idk wat 2 do


i was on the trampoline with my three cousins ones a freshman (guy) sixth grader (girl) and fourth grader (guy) the boys decided they decided they wanted to wrestle me and the freshman grabbbed my ankle and turned it and i fell to the ground yelllin and they thought i was just playin a round and so th efourth grader held me down and the freshman fell on me my uncle and aunt arent home yet so know one knows cept my cuzs wat do i do

While you are waiting for someone to get home you should elevate your ankle. Perhaps sit up on the couch with a pillow under your ankle. Ice it for 20 minutes on, then 20 minutes off and repeat that several times. Take some Ibprofen to aleviate pain & help with swelling. You will probably need to see a doctor when you your aunt & uncle get home.

ok thx u really helped me out im goin to see a docter tomorow cause my cuzs swear they heard a crack so im goin and cant wait cause it hurts reallly bad
