Why is abby so needy when it comes to gibbs.

I think they have a father daughter type relationship. I think that it is a need for a male approval (authority figure) type.

I think its just about how close they are as a team. She considers Gibbs closer than family to her. He's someone that she can depend on & trust, someone who is reliable & never lets her down. That kind of bond is just something that is hard to explain in words. I definetely don't consider it needy though.

I don't think she is needy she is just so close to him so she is joking and messing with him.
