I dont know where you can get one, but you can get a hippo stuffed animal and one of those buttons that makes a farting noise when you push it and you can probably get one of those online or at a joke store. Hope this helps! :P

Oh my god my friend is being Abby for Halloween too! Her username is ncisaddiction10. I'm being Tony (yes I know I'm a girl), our friend sarah is Duckky, and our friend Meghan is Ziva! We are all goin out together and then watching the NCIS Halloween scare-a-thon! I can't wait! And sorry I couldn't find Burt online anywhere. But you could always get a stuffed hippo, put a spiked dog collar on it, and call it Burt! Or get Walter The Farting Dog sutffed animal. It's somewhat similar I geuss. They are both gray! Ha ha. I am also going to be abby for halloween and bought alot of costume stuff on ebay... saw a replica of the hippo there a couple of weeks ago. the two i saw were kinda pricey...try a search there under NCIS or abby sciuto. if worst come to worst do what i am doing painting a big gulp cup to look like a "caf pow" :-)
