Is Johnathan cole and Jonas Cobb tied together on ncis

It makes sense that Jonas Cobb and Johnathan Cole are tied in together on ncis.
Jonas Cobb was shot by ncis agents and died
And then Casey Stratton/Johnathan cole got into the picture.
Jonas Cobb almost killed a ncis agent but Johnathan cole fished the job on him
He almost killed Tony and ej Barrett.
He thought they was in a safe house.
When he blown it up.
