Who is the best character on NCIS and why?=)

My favorite was Kate Todd but she's dead now so, my new favorite is Dinozzo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!=)

Am with you on this. Love Ziva, there's so many layers to her character. She can handle herself and anyone with her at the time (usually Tony lol) and i think she's a really moral person. She has the trust and respect of the whole team.
