see toney is the older brother because he is senior field agent and he tourchers mcgee like an older brother would and he gets blamed for a lot of stuff

gibbs is like a father because he is always telling them what to do and teaches them in his own litte way and loves them kinda like his children

ziva is the older sister because she puts up with toneys childish ways and sticks up for her self

mcgee is the younger brother because he is picked on toney and hangs out with abby a lot and usally gets in trouble

abby is the younger sister because gibbs baby her (not saying thats bad i lovvveee abby)

and ducky is the grandpa and friend because he is always there for you and is always telling stories about his passwith gibbs and other stuff

jenny is like the mother well because she used to be the director of ncis

to tell you the truth i dont really like director vance but i guess you can get used to him
