These pairings are really weird! I would ship Tibbs as they are like father and son to each other and Tony is Gibbs' faithful number 2 and even Gibbs can say that the team would be in capable hands if anything was to happen to him.. I do like it though when Tony tries to impersonate Gibbs in action and voice which totally doesn't work but I have to admit it is hilarious when McGee, Ziva and Abby gang up on him to tell him it doesn't work and he should stop trying to act like that
