Lindsey is Lucas's girfriend in season five. During the four year break Lucus asks peyton to marry him and she says they should wait. She says no. They break up and Lucus starts dating his editor lindsey. They get engaged and then Lidsey realizes he still loves peyton and leaves him at the alter.
