They all are still together and happy, but in the beginning they had problems because Renee tells "everybody" she slept with Nathan and is pregnant with his baby, but of course its a lie and with Dan's help they found out that she lied. [:
In the last couple of episode they had to deal with taylor {who btw came back-don't know for how long} and her new boyfriend David [David is Quinns ex-husband]
Brooke & Julian
they broke up , because Brooke was scared Julian had something going on with Alex [Brooke's new model], because he wanted to safe Alex in some way and when Brooke found out in s7 that she can't have kids Julian tells Alex he wants Kids. He lies to Brooke and tell Alex the truth.SO brooke wants some time apart and they try to be friends now.
Quinn & Clay
They both are new on Oth. Clay is Nathans agent and Quinn is Haley's sister. Quinn and Clay are together in the show and are happy right now.
I don''t know what else to say about them.

Mouth & Skills & Millie & the guys {Junk & Fergie}
Mouth and Millie , kind of broke up because Millie took drugs and was a bitch to Brooke etc.
She wasn't the same person anymore since she was one of Brooke's models. Skillz was doing what he always does.... but he left the show for some episodes now. and Junk and Fergie are still together :P
Dan & Rachel
Rachel and Dan were married and Dan has his own show now. Rachel doesn't take drugs anymore and they both are getting divorce ...
I think you know that LP isn't on the show anymore.
Haley's mom Lydia has come back to Tree Hill. She talks to Quinn (Haley's Sister) about how Haley's Dad, Jimmy, has past away some time between seasons 3-7. Lydia is in town because she has pancreatic cancer and would like to spend time with her girls. Haley, Quinn, and Taylor (Haley's other sister) all tell her that she is giving up and should get treatments for it. Taylor leaves because she is running away from her mothers imminant death.
Brooke has brought in a new designer Alexander however julian seems jealous. Brooke and Julian went their separate ways and now Brooke and Alexander are pretty close. He shows alot of affection towards Brooke, but she doesnt see it yet. (possible new relationship!!!!)
Alex Dupree was her model except she started hitting on Julian and now is making a movie with him. She cut her wrists and now Julian is helping her feel better emotionally.
Millie and Mouth are broken up since Millie has been doing drugs (Cocaine) and she just started attending rehab after a DUI.
